Returns & Refunds

Please fill out the form below or email sales@powrboxboxing.com for any return or refund queries ensure to include your purchase order number.

Refunds are only made if product is faulty, a store credit will be applied otherwise

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition in which they were purchased with tags intact.

Return/refund requests must be lodged within 14 days of purchase receipt.

Return/refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving item/s.

Customers will be responsible for shipping/ handling charges for any returns.

Products purchased on sale are not eligible for return/ exchanges.

Exchanges

Customers may exchange items for equal value, any variant (lesser or more expensive items) will be credited/ charged accordingly, failure to pay difference in prices/ shipping will result in product being sent back in condition in which it was received.
