3. How do I choose the right boxing gloves, groin protector or headguard?
Sizes are based on a number of factors:

4. Do you ship internationally? / Where do you ship to?
Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. At checkout, you’ll see the available shipping options and rates for your location. If your country doesn’t appear, let us know—we might be able to arrange shipping manually.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or send the replacement within 3–5 business days. Refunds will go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days to reflect.
