Shipping policy
Standard orders over $160 AUD ship free Australia-wide. Bulky items such as heavy bags and boxing rings are excluded and quoted separately.

Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm (AEST/AEDT) Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. You'll get an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at sales@powrboxboxing.com or bryce@powrbox.com.au and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out. If you chose authority to leave, please make sure the delivery address has a safe place to leave parcels.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged in their country.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we may charge to resend it.
